Luxury Villa Manoir Voltaire Panoramic sea views and Marigot Bay, 9 bedrooms in St Barth

Manoir Voltaire

Gracefully positioned on the Marigot hillside, Le Manoir Voltaire is a landmark estate of rare scale and sophistication, offering sweeping views over Marigot Bay, the Caribbean Sea, and the surrounding lush landscape. Designed for both grand entertaining and private retreat, the property embodies timeless elegance and refined island living.

The estate is composed of two independent villas, each with its own private entrance and dedicated parking, allowing them to function individually or as one expansive residence. The villas are discreetly connected by an interior staircase and a private elevator is available for the upper villa, ensuring effortless circulation between levels. At the landing between the two villas, a large koi pond with cascading waterfall creates a serene focal point, enhancing the sense of tranquility and architectural drama.

Together, the villas offer seven elegant bedroom suites, complemented by a children’s bedroom with six bunk beds and an additional staff room with two bunk beds, making the property exceptionally well suited for hosting large families, friends, and accompanying staff in comfort and privacy.

The interiors blend classic French Caribbean influences with contemporary refinement, featuring generous living and dining spaces that open onto expansive terraces and shaded outdoor lounges. Lush tropical gardens, inviting pool areas, and multiple alfresco living spaces complete the experience, offering an idyllic setting for relaxation and entertaining amid breathtaking natural surroundings.

Le Manoir Voltaire is a rare offering — a distinguished estate that combines scale, flexibility, and elegance, capturing the essence of St. Barthélemy at its finest.
