Luxury Villa Manoir de Lurin Sea view, 6 bedrooms in St Barth

Manoir de Lurin

Privately tucked away on the Lurin hillside, Le Manoir de Lurin delivers a rare feeling of complete privacy while sitting just minutes from the island’s most desirable beaches, boutiques, and restaurants. Set on +/–1.9 acres of lush grounds, including a large level area where the estate unfolds along a broad lawn framed by mature palms and flowering gardens, culminating at the front in a sunlit swimming pool and entertaining terrace with expansive views over St-Jean Baie.

The plantation-style main residence is designed for effortless indoor–outdoor living featuring wide verandas, a chef’s kitchen, and generous dining and lounge areas that open to the gardens. The entire second floor, with beautiful views, is dedicated to the primary suite—a private sanctuary with a bedroom, en-suite bath, living room, separate office, and convenient coffee nook with fridge.

Ideal for hosting family and friends, guest bungalows align along the lawn to provide privacy and flexibility: Bungalow One with king bedroom, bathroom, full kitchen, and living room—remarkably featuring a Gaiac tree—plus a nanny/single room with its own shower room. Bungalow Two is a generous suite with two king beds, full kitchen, bathroom with shower, and a wrap-around terrace. Bungalow Three offers a bedroom suite with indoor and outdoor showers. A Studio Suite is situated on the lower level of Bungalow Three, providing an additional en-suite bedroom with its own terrace.

Everyday comforts include a TV room, a wine cellar, gazebo kitchen with BBQ/bar poolside, gated entrance and parking, Wi-Fi, and multiple indoor/outdoor dining areas. Moments to Gouverneur, Saline, and Shell Beach—and a short drive to Gustavia—Le Manoir de Lurin is a timeless, six-bedroom compound offering privacy, convenience, and the rare luxury of expansive, level grounds.
