Calibre RMAC4

The RM 65-01 houses a skeletonized automatic winding movement, offering hours, minutes, and seconds at 6 o’clock. It also includes a date display, a split-seconds chronograph with a 30-minute counter at 3 o’clock, a 12-hour counter at 9 o’clock, a function selector, rapid winding, and a variable-geometry rotor.

Power Reserve

With a power reserve of approximately 60 hours (±10%), the RM 65-01 ensures reliable timekeeping. The actual power reserve may vary based on the utilization of the chronograph features.

Baseplate and Bridges Made of Grade 5 Titanium

Crafted from grade 5 titanium, the baseplate and bridges offer exceptional rigidity, biocompatibility, and resistance to corrosion. This alloy, consisting of 90% grade 5 titanium, 6% aluminum, and 4% vanadium, is widely used in industries such as aerospace and automobile due to its mechanical properties. The optimized baseplate provides a low weight-to-resistance ratio, and extensive validation tests ensure its durability.

Split-Seconds Chronograph

The modern architecture of the RMAC4 calibre allows for a logical arrangement of its parts, maximizing functionality and minimizing unnecessary overlapping. Equipped with a latest-generation split-seconds mechanism, the RM 65-01 ensures precise and synchronized movement. Rapid Winding Mechanism

In addition to automatic winding and winding with the crown, the RM 65-01 features a rapid winding mechanism. By pressing the pusher at 8 o’clock, the barrel can be quickly reset, ideal for rearming the watch after a period of non-wear. Despite its high torque transfer, this playful function was successfully developed and tested thousands of times.

Date Display

The date display is located in a vertical aperture at 11 o’clock, providing a clear and instantaneous reading.

Function Selector

The RM 65-01 incorporates a specialized gearbox design for Winding, Date, and Hand Setting functions. To switch between these functions, use the pusher located at the center of the crown. The indicator hand at 4 o’clock will display W, D, or H, depending on the selected function.
