The Villa - cottage and hotel complex is located 650 meters above sea level in a picturesque valley. It is surrounded by mountains and a tremendous leafy and coniferous forest. The charming town of Banska Stiavnica is only 12 km away.

But the main advantage of the complex location is the famous Slovak balneotherapy foothill resort - Sklene Teplice - just 8 kilometers away. Unique mineral thermal waters (40 C) and springs of volcanic origin for many centuries allow the resort to stay at the forefront among the European health tourism centers.

The cottage and hotel complex is a territory of about 25 hectares: a hotel complex with 11 objects with a total area of 6 hectares and its surrounding agricultural land. The complex is fully fenced and includes apple, plum and nut orchards (about 1000 trees).

In 2012 the complex was completely reconstructed, and now each of its buildings has an individual design renovation.
