Century Villa looks directly on the lake with access for swimming, 8 bedrooms in Moltrasio - Lake Como

The property dates back to the beginning of the century and still belongs to the noble Swiss Family coming on holiday here, fell in love with this area and decided to build here their Italian holiday home. The property has been carefully restored in 2008.

The owners tastefully embellished it retaining many of its original characteristics and balancing them harmoniously with modern comforts: fine tapestry and fabrics, floors made from fine wood with geometric inlays, beautifull painting on the walls, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, WIFI Internet connection (also in the garden), air conditioned.

The main villa looks directly on the lake and is set in a beautiful garden, you can enjoy the view and sunbathe in a full privacy. A lake access for swimming is also available.

As with all the lake shore villas, the lake road is located behind the property: it is not the main Lake Como Road, but the local one. Although all the rooms of the main villa face the lake and the windows are provided with triple glasses! The main entrance and the parking for four cars are not at the same side of the main villa but on the other side of the street and we reach it from a charming underpass with lake view
