▪ Rates are per villa per night, based on double occupancy in One-Bedroom Villas and 4 persons in Two-
Bedroom Villas.
▪ Rates include daily American breakfast (For 2 persons in all One-Bedroom Villas and for 4 persons in all Two-
Bedroom Villas).
▪ All rates are quoted in US dollars (USD) and subject to 10% service charge and 12% Goods & Service Tax on
the Villa Rate and Service Charge.
▪ A Green Tax of USD 6 per person per night, regardless of age will apply for all bookings.
▪ Governmental taxes are subject to change without prior notification. Henceforth, above rates will be amended
in case of any tax amendments with an effect on existing bookings.
▪ Above rates and below conditions are valid for a maximum of 5 villas. Please contact us for rates & conditions
for bookings of 6 villas or more.
▪ Villa move: In case of villa category change requested by the client, USD 370 including 10% service charge and
12% Goods & Service Tax will be charged if the stay is for a total of 6 nights or less
▪ Above rates are commissionable by 10% on the Villa rate only (excluding Service Charge, Goods & Service Tax
and Green Tax)
▪ All transfers and supplements are non-commissionable.
